Bilingual Customer Assistance Representative

Employer: Sykes Assistance Services

You’re a problem solver who knows how to take care of people.

That’s important for this role because you’ll be helping clients who are stuck; locked out of the car, flat tire on the side of the highway, possibly in the middle of nowhere and sometimes in distress. You’re understanding and patient, yet you know that helping your client means getting them back on the road as soon as possible.

You’ll get to know everything there is to know about roadside emergencies and how to help clients get safely on their way.
