Mindfulness

Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally.

Join us for our monthly mindfulness sessions, offered twice a month. The session is free of charge! We run two sessions; 12 pm and 1 pm. Register with Rabia by indicating your date and preferred time at rabia.s@trentonmfrc.ca
