  • Fournir plus de clarté et précision pour l’orientation de carrière/poursuite académique
  • Combiner chaque parcelle d’éducation inachevée avec les connaissances apprises au quotidien afin d’obtenir un diplôme /baccalauréat/certificat provenant d’un établissement d’enseignement accrédité

Et bien il y en a un! Cet outil s’appelle un portfolio!

Le développement d’un portfolio peut être bénéfique pour les personnes faisant face à une transition, que ce soit une libération militaire ou être partenaire de militaire à la recherche de nouvelles opportunités. C’est l’outil idéal pour les chercheurs d’emploi, les travailleurs autonomes, ceux souhaitant retourner aux études ou bien incertains de la prochaine étape à suivre. Le développement d’un portfolio permet d’utiliser et prouver tout apprentissage formel et informel afin d’accomplir un objectif spécifique. Nous offrons une assistance dans la création de divers types de portfolio : carrière, éducation, complet/partiel, entrepreneurial et découverte personnelle. De plus, nous sommes fières d’annoncer que nous avons un partenariat officiel avec Loyalist College. Toute personne complétant le cours recevra un certificat de Loyalist College/CRFM et ceux désirant poursuivre leur éducation auront la possibilité d’avoir ce cours crédité. Nous avons aussi un partenariat avec Centennial College et nous développons une communauté de pratique à l’échelle nationale avec d’autres établissements d’enseignement.

Nous offrons deux cours différents; un pour les partenaires de militaire et l’autre pour les membres des Forces armées canadiennes qui sont ou ont été libérés pour raisons médicales en conjonction avec le Programme pour les familles des vétérans.

Les ateliers prennent place aux mois d’avril et octobre.

HERCS

Aider les entrepreneurs à atteindre le succès  a débuté avec un partenariat avec des étudiants du Collège Loyalist Enactus et s’est étendu au statut national. Offert en ligne en utilisant WebEx avec le  financement de SFM, ce     programme lauréat offre une série d’ateliers aux membres de la  communauté militaire intéressés à devenir propriétaires de petite entreprise.

Qu’il s’agisse de ventes directes, d’une franchise, de votre propre idée d’entreprise ou même si vous souhaitez seulement en connaître davantage sur le monde de l’entreprenariat, ce programme est pour vous!

Overview
Reporting to the Dried Product Supervisor, the Team Lead will assist with supervisory duties and ensure production objectives are met throughout the duration of shifts.
Job Description
• Ensure all daily dried product processing plans are complete with production metrics and compliance information.
• Contribute to dried processing production by ensuring teams adhere to systems, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate with the outside departments in order to organize day to day operations.
• Maintain work flow for milling, decarboxylation, product preparation and pre roll production of dried product by monitoring each step of the process and participating as required.
• Observe production control points and equipment, as well as monitor personnel and resources to assure quality standards are met.
• Daily implementation of cost reductions and develop reporting procedures and systems.
• Facilitate corrections to malfunctions within the production process.
• Maintain quality control by observing organizational standards and working closely with the Quality Assurance team.
• Provide production information by compiling, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answer questions and respond to information requests.
