We are currently seeking a Product Warranty & Service Specialist to join our team in Belleville, Ontario.
Reporting to the Customer & After Sales Service Manager, the successful candidate is a customer advocate within the Amer Sports Canada Customer Service team that works to build a strong ongoing relationship with our regional dealers. Daily, the warranty specialist will work to support our sales relationship with our accounts and consumers across the regional specialty, key account and e-comm, portfolios, working with them on warranty assessment, product returns, ordering parts and repair processes. Streamlining the after sales processes is a main focus to ensure a consistent consumer experience in working with the customer and internal teams. This role is accountable for meeting targeted metrics and providing after sales support in accordance with brand warranty policy and procedures customer base to ensure an excellent customer experience.
This position will be of interest to candidates that possess exceptional communication skills, a high level of organizational and problem solving skills, attentiveness to customers, a technical aptitude and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment. Individuals with a sporting goods background would be considered an asset.
Qualified candidates will possess:
At least a year of previous experience in customer service College diploma in Business, Marketing or related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to problem solve with clients in sometimes intense situations Ability to work independently and communicate with multiple teams and levels within an array of brands in a matrix environment Fluent in both French and English (written and oral) would be a definite asset
Ability to quickly change priorities and focus based on business demands
Attention to detail with outstanding follow-through and time management skills
Hands on technical ability to perform simple repairs
