Trulife is seeking a dynamic individual to join its Customer Service and office team. The successful candidate will possess the following qualities and qualifications:
- Completely fluently bilingual in French and English, with excellent verbal and written skills. Those that are not, need not apply.
- Proficient and comfortable at general office duties, computer literate, (Excel, Word).
- Previous experience in Home Health Care and Post-Mastectomy products, and outbound call experience is an asset.
- Possess recent inside sales/customer service experience.
- Pleasant telephone voice and manner.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Work schedule Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm. Health benefits and bonuses. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
