To better identify, regulate and tolerate your emotions. Understand the purpose of your emotions and what activities intensify them. Learn the relationship between emotions and behaviours. This group is not an interactive support group and is not a substitute for group therapy. It will seem similar to a course or seminar. Participants are expected to attend regularly and complete weekly home assignments.
